Trigo Vermelho

Phenomenal. Unique. Different. That sums it up best. Jam jar moments collected. Childhood memories created. True to the motto: Happy children, happy parents. And absolutely gluten-free. And we regularly have a serious beef with buckwheat. The pizza here has completely reconciled us. With ginger and pear, with Gorgonzola and almonds, with hummus and zucchini, or down-to-earth with salami and onions. Cosmopolitan, uncomplicated, and humorous. We love it.

Excellent pizzeria with a unique twist! Trigo Vermelho is not just an amazing pizzeria – it's also a peaceful spot where you can do yoga in the morning! I love that they offer vegan and gluten-free options, especially on Mondays or Tuesdays. Delicious food, great vibes, and a beautiful concept. 5 stars from me!

A rare gem for those who value conscious and flavorful food! Trigo Vermelho is much more than a restaurant — it is an experience of care, health and pleasure at the table. The menu is all vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free, with creative combinations, fresh ingredients and dishes that surprise with both their presentation and flavor. You can feel the care in every detail! I tried the pizza and was delighted. Everything was light, balanced and very tasty. Not to mention the natural juices and vegan desserts that are a show in themselves! The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, perfect for those who want to eat well and feel good. And the service is a reflection of the place's proposal: kind, attentive and full of good energy. A place that shows that vegan and gluten-free food can (and should!) be delicious. I highly recommend it!
