If you are celiac in San Vito you are safe: many restaurants are in the AIC circuit (Italian Celiac Association). However, if you are also vegan, you can only hope that the evolution is faster, because we are in the Stone Age. Then you get a pizza, so you can choose the ingredients. But at that point no one informs you that the pizza base is not made by them! So you get a flat, defrosted, hard as stone thing and when you point it out they also tell you that it is the best in the country.. The photos speak for themselves. Never before have I left a pizza on the plate in my life. However the prices are good (and necessarily) and the waiters are very fast.

In the two weeks we were in Sicily this was the pizzeria with the best gluten free pizza with a very nice dough. We felt welcome and the staff was friendly and attentive. They sell a lot of pizzas take-away which speaks for the quality of all their pizzas in general.
