I took a gluten-free seitanotto as I have celiac disease, I must say that I thought it was a sandwich with gluten. Yummy, perfection. An incredible mix of ingredients. No, I didn't think such a good sandwich existed. Thank you chef🥰🥰

Spectacular. Nowadays being original is really difficult. But at chef Tano we see something much more. Seitanotto is a mix of originality, infinite creativity and great passion. Both for the cuisine and for the Tuscan traditions. Defining it as a "sandwich" may seem trivial, but Seitanotto is a mix of incredibly well-balanced, healthy and truly delicious flavours. I undoubtedly recommend it to anyone who is still hesitant to try it. Among other things, the gluten free version is just as spectacular as the original, no difference whatsoever. Another strong point is the fact that every ingredient, starting from the bread, is made "in house", there is nothing industrial or prepared and everything, from food to drinks, is "managed" in a completely eco-sustainable way. Congratulations to you indeed, you are the perfect example that excellent cuisine can be created in a completely sustainable way without affecting the taste in the slightest, but rather: accentuating it. Thanks for the idea and see you soon 🙏
