We ordered the gluten free chicken panini and a couple double chocolate donuts and it was all amazing. The food felt clean and fresh. The gluten free double chocolate donuts remind me a a delicious chocolate cake. Many times after eating out places even places that say they're gluten free we feel sick stomach afterwards but we didn't with this place. The owner was very nice and very informative and the atmosphere was so laid back and relaxing very calm. We will definitely be returning.

Im traveling again and I love finding/supporting quaint little places that offer gluten friendly items. The menu has a variety of food, fresh juices, wheatgrass shots, smoothies with milk alternatives, and more. I had the best smoothie (which I customized with no problem). I also drank it before getting a photo 😬, my bad! Now I’m big on flavor and while the bowl I built was nice (👍🏽 to the chipotle dressing) the veggies were fresh and crisp, great quinoa, BUT the chicken was extremely bland. A bit of seasoning and it would have been perfect. There are a few other items I wouldn’t mind trying but maybe not with chicken. (Or salt and pepper it after the fact 😉) Overall, thanks Tru!

Great vibe, fresh, some organic, vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. Salmon is fresh caught not farmed. Great healthy juice options as well. Open from morning till early evening. Highly recommend!!
