The great menu here that offers and highlights each vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-friendly options is great. I loved the tomaro soup and sweet potato chips. The back ground music is very loud both inside at accessible tables and out door accessible tables. Indoors they also offer a full bar with high top car seats and 2 TVs. Accessible entry and exit with several single and double doors, which made finding the his read a bit of a challenge. Outside accessible men and women restrooms with accessible sink, grab bars, and more than 5ftx 5 ft space Free van accessible grave parking for Midtown venues

Altogether the experience was enjoyable. The food came to the table warm, not hot, but still had a good flavor. The environment is loud making it difficult to hear each other even across a table. I did love the vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free items across the menu that I sampled. I hope this place sticks around.

A friend took me here for dinner at my request for my birthday. I have to eat gluten-free, and there were so many menu options that it was difficult to choose. The cocktails were wonderful. Try the passion fruit. Margarita! I had the gluten-free lasagna for dinner, and not only was it the first lasagna I've been able to have in years, it was probably the best tasting lasagna I have ever had! They even put a candle in my flourless chocolate cake for dessert. But best of all was our truly amazing server, Deacon. We were taking our time, and he was very friendly and attentive, stopping by often to ask if we needed anything or were ready to order. His service was absolutely perfect, and he made great menu suggestions for us both. If you're looking for somewhere to eat with innovative cocktails, a great wine menu, a wide variety of food options, including starters and gluten-free foods, check out True Food Kitchen. The atmosphere is definitely vibe-y with an industrial look. It's very spacious. It wasn't too crowded while we were there, but I imagine it can get very noisy when it's busy, with all the concrete and hard surfaces. There's an open kitchen, so you can see them making the food and see how clean everything looks. A wonderful place for anyone, but truly top of the line if you have to eat gluten-free.
