Having several food allergies, this was easily the most seamless, delicious, healthy dining experience I had. There were plenty of amazing options. I got the gluten free air-fried chicken parm with squash spaghetti noodles, a lemon tart, and a lavender matcha latte. My husband got blueberry pancakes, steak&eggs, yogurt fruit parfait, and we split a strawberry arugula salad. The dessert and drinks weren’t too sweet and the food was yummy. Our waiter Craig, did an amazing job making recommendations on items to try. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to go out to eat while making conscious health choices, actively trying to avoid inflammatory foods and seed oils, or with food sensitivities/allergies.

We love our lunch dates at TFK, but today we popped in just to indulge in their outstanding dessert! It is rare to find such delicious gluten free options. Mine was accompanied by the iced lavender matcha latte. YUM! Thanks to our server Jillian for making our day great!
