True Food Market

I have been here MANY TIMES and absolutely love their food. The ingredients are clean and the price is spectacular. I am amazing that their prices are so good for what they are offering. I have been here for lunches and take out many times. The staff has always been friendly and kind. The chicken is delicious and I love adding it to a salad. The strawberry matcha is A-MAZ-ING!!!! Everything I have tried is great. I am gluten free, so knowing I can have the breaded chicken is a huge win. Finding good quality places with genuinely high quality food is really hard. Many places say they have organic or better product, but when you go it is not authentic like True Food Market. Not everyone appreciates or values that, but it is hugely important to me. After healing many health challenges by changing what I eat and the quality of what I eat, I am so grateful for a good option to go out to eat or grab takeout on a busy day. Sometimes the food takes a few minutes longer than I would like, but that has more to do with living in a world of instant gratification where we want everything now and we are in a hurry. Making better quality does take some extra time. This is my favorite place to meet people for lunch or dinner. The seating is great and we can take our time and visit without feeling rushed to leave. It has a great vibe. I highly recommend True Food Market if you value good quality, clean food for a great price. THANK YOU True Food Market! If you have Celiac disease or a Gluten allergy, DO NOT EAT HERE. They advertise GF bowls that are not properly handled for gluten contamination. My wife knew within 2 hours after consuming the Teriyaki bowl that it was a huge mistake. They should really take all gluten free labels off their menu. Who knows, maybe someone in the kitchen used the wrong teriyaki because that sauce is notorious for containing gluten at restaurants. Will not be buying any more food from here ever. Update: Come to find out they’ve been using the same knife to cut flour tortilla wraps to also cut chicken for “GF” bowls. That’s direct gluten contamination! I can’t believe they can’t dedicate knifes or that you have to request it. Otherwise you aren’t ever getting GF.
