True Grit has really delicious food, that is prepared in a very conscious way. It's different in the best way! Their gluten free buns are to die for, I thought it wasn't gluten free because it was so good! You also have to try their creamy tomato basil soup. It's perfection!

Gorgeous views of the mountains, wonderful service, and some darn good food. I have celiac and I was able to eat any of their burgers. Opted for the ultimate BBQ burger and was quite pleased. Edit: Ate here a second time. The bean and beef chili is a safe and tasty chili. Basically no burn to it, but if you're not fond of spice it's still got a good flavor. The steak is okay, but I'd probably have another burger if I were going a third time.
