Truth BBQ

Great food and great people! I asked if the meat was gluten free (it was), but they did not hesitate to change their gloves to ensure my food was safe for me to eat (I’m celiac). I had the turkey because they were out of pulled pork and ribs. Turkey was good! I also had baked beans, which were really good and I don’t even like baked beans. The coleslaw wasn’t my favorite but I like it more creamy. Overall very good place!!

Enter through the front left door. Stand in line. Order. Then wait for some amazing barbecue. There’s a lot of seating inside. Some outside. It has a nice modern rustic vibe. The food…..so good. I’ve never had pickles like that. All of the colors on my plate made me happy. Our kids loved it. It’s definitely gluten friendly. Most likely free of most allergens. The staff were really nice. We will be back!
