5 Stars – Amazing Experience & Incredible Service! We were out shopping near the mall when the Mrs. suddenly got hungry, so we decided to try this nearby sushi spot—and we’re so glad we did! My wife has a strict gluten-free diet, and when we mentioned it to our waitress, Amy, she didn’t hesitate for a second. She immediately stopped what she was doing, took the time to go over the menu with us, and explained that most items could be made gluten-free with a few adjustments. Her knowledge and kindness made us feel truly welcomed. We gave the owner—Regan (I hope I’m spelling that right!)—free reign to surprise us with some rolls and seared scallops. We’re not even sure exactly what was in them, but there was tuna, rice, and an amazing sauce that blew us away. The miso soup was delicious, and to top it off, the chef brought out a special salmon treat that sealed the deal—we’re definitely coming back. My husband and I absolutely love this place. Freshest sushi in town! We dine here often with our 1 year old daughter and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. Last time we were in, the sushi chef made our daughter a bear out of oranges-so cute! They also have several items on the menu that can be made gf, including the sushi. I have Celiac’s and have never had any issues after eating here. The staff is knowledgeable about allergies and more than happy to accommodate. This hidden gem is a must-try, you won’t regret it!
