Food was incredible and Stacey and Anna made the experience, they were great meat hosts! I have a severe gluten allergy and they did a great job accommodating that!

Eating with gluten and dairy allergies. Tonight's service was more than we could ever have asked for. My wife is allergic to gluten and dairy, but we thought we would give Tucanos a chance. When we got sat, we told our server about the allergies, and she was very confused (she did not know what "dairy" is). She then asked for a manager to come over, Tony, to help. Tony was FREAKING AMAZING!! He also asked for the lead meat server to come over, TJ, and between the 2 of them, they figured out what meats my wife could and could NOT eat. They double and triple checked even the juices they pour over the meats. TJ must have spoken with the other meat servers, because they all knew what meats my wife could and could NOT eat. Talk about going the extra mile! Thank you!
