Tucson's Steakhouse Saloon & Grill

My husband and I stopped there traveling from Colorado to Oklahoma. I have celiac and have a hard time eating away from my "home area" because of that. They do have a separate gluten free menu which made my life much easier. We ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp as an appetizer, and it was mind blowing. For entrees I ordered the lime grilled chicken and highly recommend that. My husband ordered the ribeye and on his first bite closed his eyes in bliss. We also had the cheesy corn, pit smoked beans, and veggie skewers. Everything was fabulous and we will definitely be stopping again when we come back through. Our server was an absolute sweetheart and kept our drinks fresh and let us know the status of our order from time to time. When she found out we were traveling, she proactively offered us to-go drinks and wished us safe travels. So whether you're traveling through or in the area, we both highly recommend you stop in and give them a try.

This is a great spot with fantastic lunch specials that are a great value. There is a dedicated gluten free menu which is a plus. The hightlight was the bacon wrapped shrimp - I would return for just those. Service was friendly and quick.
