I indicated early that gluten-free food had to be eaten due to allergies, this was no problem on the telephone, but on the agreed date I became very ill while eating, so it was certainly not gluten-free. No response from the kitchen, even after asking if a mistake had been made. Very unfortunate

We had high tea here with the whole family. This was very well taken care of and vegan or gluten-free is possible. We forgot to report something (our mistake) and it was still resolved very neatly. The staff was also very nice and helpful.
