Tulip Pasta & Wine Bar focuses on locally sourced Italian food. All of the wine comes from one nearby vineyard in Pennsylvania. The menu features a variety of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free pasta dishes made from local grains. The service was excellent and we liked the upcycled decor. The problem is that Italy is a mediterranean climate and Pennsylvania isn't. As a result, the pasta tasted strange and the Pennsylvania wine was just awful. We admire Tulip's principles but its food wasn't very good.

Cute little place, staff was very friendly and approachable. Had a table right by the bathroom, not something i liked but all other spots were taken. Small portions for price. Good thing is they have plenty of gluten free and vegan options.
