I'm a huge fan of Turk's fresh fish market, but I also have to share some love for the restaurant. My go-to is the Mediterranean Salmon Bowl (also Gluten Free). It's on the Daily Special's menu, but it really should be a permanent addition. It comes with a scoop of roasted cauliflower hummus that I would buy by the quart if it was available. It is the ultimate dish for creating the perfect bite that is a little different each time. Our last server was Jessica and she made our day with her sunny disposition and her big smile 😊 We go as often as we can while they're open because it's a long winter without Turk's!
