Inside of the collard green sandwich is top tier and one of the best bites I had in NOLA. Wish they had a gluten free bread option. I tried to get sandwich fixings on top of fries and was told “we don’t do it like that.” Not sure why, because it helps your margins and is very easy to do. -1 star for service
