Turkuaz Restaurant Dorking

Amazing, one of the best Turkish restaurants I've ever been to outside of Turkey! And there's options for gluten and dairy free :)

Visited Turkuaz with my partner for Valentine’s Day as it is her favourite cuisine (only due to me not having truly experienced it until today) and had a very enjoyable evening fuelled by very high quality food. The waitress was very knowledgeable on the allergens and the menu was very suitable for dairy free and gluten free requirements. We started with a range of cold and hot meze which were all outstanding including cacik and sucuk which were both incredible. I enjoyed a very flavourful lamb shank whereas my partner had what she described as “the best steak she’d ever had” which I also thought was considerably tender despite being on the rarer side than I’d usually aim for. We also decided to take away some baklava that we could enjoy when we returned home. We will most definitely be visiting this restaurant in the future.
