Overall I enjoyed my meal at the Turquoise Kitchen and would happily go again. The staff were very pleasant and service was efficient. I was able to get gluten free rice which was good as many Turkish restaurants add pasta to their rice. Everything was clearly marked if it was suitable for gluten intollerance, vegetarian or vegan. My only complaint was that my seat was quite uncomfortable as I was on the join of two padded bench seats.

Really pleased that Turquoise Kitchen has now corrected the menu and ensured that the menu clearly shows the Gluten Free (GF) options. Thoroughly enjoyed our meal today and as usual Yasmin was her delightful self. Couldn’t do more to ensure we enjoyed our meal. Thank you Yasmin 🌟 and the chef for ensuring that the food was safe for coeliacs. Well done Turquoise Kitchen for taking the information on board New menu which clearly showed GF (Gluten free) Had lunch on (Sunday 25th) Being allergic to gluten I was extremely impressed with the new menu. We all chose our dishes and I chose MUCVER had (GF). My son spotted FLOUR in the description. Since it clearly stated (GF) I assume the flour would be gluten free. My son thought he would check and make sure it was gluten free flour. Spoke to Yasmin, who was extremely busy and responded that no the flour wasn’t gluten free. We were surprised and because she was busy, we wanted to make sure we heard her correctly. She confirmed that the flour was ordinary and not gluten free. This is extremely DANGEROUS for anyone that suffers from GLUTEN ALLERGIES, when staff are very busy this could be missed. Yasmin was extremely apologetic and realising that the consequences could have been extremely severe. She said she would relate this to the management..
