Turtle Bay Durham

We had our annual team Xmas lunch here in mid-December around 2pm on a Thursday afternoon. The booking was simple and communication in the run-up - to pre-book food and drinks - was excellent. The online menus were very well labelled to assist with two of our diner's dietary requirements. During the meal the service was impeccable and particularly the care and attention shown to our gluten-free and dairy allergy diners was lovely. We had a thoroughly enjoyable meal out with tasty food, a nice quiet atmosphere and friendly staff. I also personally thought the menu was good value for what you got. Hope the directors see this review so they know how hard the Durham team worked to give us a great break from the office!

Luca was great always bringing out drinks and checking on us. He made sure to get us drunk despite alcohol likely being the last thing on his mind this afternoon. Also great for my girlfriend’s celiac as always! Heaters outside helped us not freeze, overall fabulous experience and a happy girlfriend 😁
