We went to turtle bay for a bottomless brunch. The actual food & drinks were great, however I wouldn’t recommend the brunch to any gluten free diets.
On the entire brunch menu there is no GF option. The staff did offer to make the shack stack burger without the bun, which is great although they wouldn’t swap the bun for fries and a burger patty on its own is a pretty measly meal. In the end the best solution was to order off the main menu, although we did have to pay an extra charge.
They also accidentally overcharged us by nearly £100 when the bill came out. They did fix this but after the gf incident and slow then slow service on the drinks, I think the restaurant staff just had a bad day and unfortunately fell at every hurdle.
We’ve been to other turtle bays before and they were great. So hopefully this one was just a series of unfortunate events for them.
On the flip side, our server James was fab! We loved him.
