Yesterday me and my girlfriend came in for lunch and originally got sat by a different server, who took our order and got us drinks. Right before the food arrived he came back to us and let us know that it was shift change and Matthew would be our new server. The food comes and there was a miscommunication on the tacos being gluten free, it happens. But what doesn’t happen is the amazing service Matthew and the rest of the team at twigs showed us. He comped the tacos, got a remade dish to the table quickly and even offered dessert. All in all good food and even better service definitely will return.
