I have celiac and didn’t inform the staff but ordered a gluten free bun on my burger. I found out that firecracker onions meant that they were breaded when it came out. I asked the server if they were breaded and she said yes and I asked if I could have a different burger since I have celiac. She proceeded to tell me I should have told her beforehand and got very upset with me that I didn’t tell her. She brought me the same burger without the onions on it but didn’t give me an opportunity to maybe get a different burger. Overall I felt the staff was not sensitive or alert as to the reasons why someone might be ordering with a gluten free bun. I have never had such a terrible experience having celiac at a restaurant before. I hope they get better sensitivity training in regards to allergen info…

NOT CELIAC FRIENDLY!! The overall experience was nice. Good service. The chorizo breakfast bowl was good, and with a generous amount of guac, too much even. The only gluten free breakfast menu option is a quinoa bowl. Seems like they think gluten free is nothing more than a health fad. The dish was definitely contaminated with gluten and frankly it just it tasted gross
