I was pleased to lunch at Twist during my layover at the Toronto (Pearson) airport. The restaurant is located in the domestic terminal and the service was exceptionnal. Although gluten free option aren't clearly indicated on the menu, every server I spoke to knew them and could easily point them out. They were even aware of cross-contamination and recommend meal options based on that. On top of it, there isn't even an upcharge for gluten free bread which is incredibly rare these days!! My server, also bartender, was the kindest. She made sure I had everything I needed and that I wouldn't be sick. She more than deserved her tips! I would recommend dinning there to anyone.

The service here is impeccable. Super kind, thoughtful, organized. Gluten free? No problem. Empty water bottle? No problem (they'll ask you if you want it refilled). Airport delays suck but if you spend your time here you will feel welcome and seen.
