Celiacs beware!! I visited this restaurant for the first time last Friday in the hopes of enjoying some yummy GF pasta. I'm allergic to both wheat and gluten so I don't eat pasta often, however I saw signage on store front offering Gluten Free options - excited to try it out I went inside and spoke with someone in food prep. I asked the young woman preparing my food what they use in their GF noodles (rice, corn, garbanzo, etc.) and she did not know nor did she care to find out. Against my better judgement, I still proceeded to order because frankly I was hungry. Once my order was ready, I asked the person in food prep again, (just to be sure) that my order was in fact GF. She replied that it was and how she made sure to use the GF noodles for my meal. Unfortunately, it was not GF, and I was sick most of the night (I ate dinner around 4pm that day). I will never return to this restaurant and I would strongly advise other Celiacs to stay away.

This place used to be really good but has gone downhill since a recent change in ownership. I have been eating there once a week for about five years. The past two out of three times the pasta I had was way, way undercooked. I always order the gluten free pasta and I think it takes longer to cook than regular pasta, and maybe they aren’t aware of that? This used to be my favorite restaurant, I don’t think I’ll be going back.
