I have celiac disease and I have to eat gluten free. I have always appreciated TS as one of the only places locally to offer GF options. There's always a chance of CC when purchasing from a place that isn't a dedicated GF shop, and I've taken that risk but been fine. For about two years, I've eaten their GF cookies with no issues. That is, until last night. I'm not sure if their safety measures arent what they used to be or if I just flat-out got the wrong cookie, but I haven't been this sick due to food for years. The cookie itself was smaller and more crumbly than they have been in the past, but I chalked it up to inflation. Well, I've spent 8 hours in the bathroom now, and I have a week of acute joint pain to look forward to. Unfortunately, all it takes is one contamination experience for me to never go back to a place.
