Twisted Taino Restaurant

Great spot to have nearby. I’ve tried two of the gourmet burgers. They each have a nice twist on them that you won’t find even at trendy burger joints. I think the meat quality is good too. But you likely aren’t going for the burgers. Try the birria tacos, Cuban, or their family style dishes. Food is high quality and authentic. They’re mostly take out. But it would be nice if they accommodated their dine in guests a little more. There’s no public bathroom but there are a few tables to sit and eat. They have gluten free options which is convenient for me.

Finally made my way to TT! Being gluten free I am always up for some Puerto Rican food. It was divine! I had birria tacos, pork and chicken chiciaronnes, mofongo balls, murderos and chicken mofonga. It was a buffet of the good stuff! The passion fruit lemonade is heavenly! Glad we got there when we did because a line formed out the door quickly for a Friday night. The dine in seating could be upgraded for sure. Our plastic forks melted in our piping hot food. Perfect for a take out picnic next time.
