Twister Rock&Food Alcorcón

It's nice to be able to eat a gluten-free burger in Alcorcón! I came with a friend, she ordered a normal one that had ear and she loved it, I ordered a gluten-free one that had egg, although the bread would be tastier if it were baked, since gluten-free bread falls apart very easily, the meat was impressive but it is very small for the bread (as a tip, you could flatten the meat a little so that it covers more, or have the waiter notify you so you can order more meat), I find a small slice of bacon scarce, but it is crispy. Anyway, it's nice to be able to eat one without gluten!

Great food, gluten-free option, very good service, especially from the purple-haired waitress (I don't know her name). She is very nice and attentive and reminded us of a previous visit. The only bad thing and why I don't give 5 stars is the soft drinks. I don't understand why 100ml soft drinks are put in a meal. It seems like an abuse to me given their price. I hope they change them for the good of the clientele.

Bad experience for celiacs, lack of care is unforgivable Yesterday I had dinner at this restaurant, relying on its specific menu for celiacs and reiterating on three occasions that my dish had to be gluten-free, since I have celiac disease. However, they served me a dish with gluten, which led me to spend the night in the emergency room. This not only shows a lack of attention to special dietary needs, but also endangers the health of clients. I hope the restaurant takes this as a wake-up call to improve their protocols and prevent something similar from happening to someone else. I would not recommend this place to those who have dietary restrictions or are looking for a safe and reliable environment to eat.
