The customer service at this location is absolutely stellar. I have a gluten allergy, and this has been a safe place for me to eat. They use corn starch as thickener instead of flour. I get a "twister," which is a burrito on a bed of fries, and allows me to enjoy the gluten-free version of a burrito! It's a huge serving, and I had enough to eat breakfast the next day as well. The red chile here is AMAZING. It is flavorful and has the perfect amount of heat.

One of the best places to get a breakfast burrito in Rio Rancho. Though it's set up like a fast food place, it can sometimes be slow. My favorite breakfast burrito is the Taos, which includes ham, egg, potatoes, green Chile, and cheese. They will do any breakfast burrito as a bowl for people who can't eat gluten. I don't usually have lunch burritos, but if you do partake, beware! There is a reason they offer a 1/8 burrito size. They are enormous.
