If you’re in Nashville and need a place with fantastic gluten-free options, Two Hands Nashville should be at the top of your list! As someone with gluten sensitivity, finding a spot that offers not just safe but delicious gluten-free dishes can be a challenge—but Two Hands totally delivers. First of all, the menu is full of mouth-watering choices that cater to various dietary needs, and their gluten-free options are top-notch. I tried the gluten-free Korean fried chicken, and wow, it was crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Honestly, you wouldn't even guess it was gluten-free! The seasoning was on point, and the texture was just as satisfying as any gluten-filled dish. Their gluten-free bowls and rice-based dishes are also great choices for anyone looking for a wholesome meal that’s both filling and full of flavor. The ingredients feel fresh, and everything is thoughtfully prepared with plenty of options for customization. What really sets Two Hands apart is how they ensure cross-contamination isn’t an issue, which is super important for those with celiac disease or severe gluten intolerance. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and takes great care to make sure the dishes are made properly, which gives me a lot of confidence when dining here. The atmosphere is lively and friendly, perfect for a laid-back meal with friends or even a solo visit. Whether you're gluten-free or just looking for a great meal, Two Hands Nashville is definitely worth checking out. Delicious, fresh, and full of flavor—what more could you ask for?

I tried Two Hands as it was the restaurant chosen for a Folx Table dinner event. Our waiter was great & very enthusiastic about his service. That might (a Thursday), by 6:30 they were already out of steak & a few other main items on the menu. His recommendation was the burger. Another server who helped bring us drinks also recommend the burger. In my experience, when the servers at any restaurant recommended the burger over anything else AND it's not a traditional burger joint, that's usually not a good sign. Since there wasn't much else to choose from, I went with the burger. I asked for a few modifications, like pickles on the side & a gluten free bun which they said they had. I also requested no American cheese & instead paid extra for hallumi cheese which I requested be added to the burger. My burger arrived on a regular bun, with pickles NOT on the side & hallumi cheese on the side, NOT on the burger as I requested. They took the burger back & a few minutes later it arrived on gluten free TOAST, not a gluten free bun AND the pickles were still on the burger. The meat was dry & overcooked. Definitely nothing to rave about. I've had way better burgers at 5 Guys. My fellow table mate ordered the same burger with no modifications & said it was pretty average. We did order the Pavlova dessert that was also recommended by the server & I will say it was delicious! Overall service was great, food was sub par for what we ordered. I've heard their brunch or all day breakfast is better. So if I ever go back, maybe I'll plan for brunch.

Great selection of gluten-free meals on the menu and servers were very knowledgeable and understanding of my allergy. Food was really yummy and the coffee was the best we had whilst visiting nashville. I will be back again next time I'm in Nashville without a doubt.
