Amazing gluten and dairy free treats yet again. Super delicious The downside was the person who served us. Seemed very disinterested and not exactly knowledgeable on allergies/food sensitivities. Picked up a slice of cake for my friend (gluten free, not dairy free), then used the same tongs to pick up my gluten AND dairy free items. I then said I can't have that now because it's contaminated, and needed a fresh item. He went and got a glove from the kitchen, which was appreciated. My concern is how many times have the tongs/cake slices made contact with the allergy free items, thus potentially contaminating everything. Also, crumbs. Everything is open to the other products next to it.

Just excellent! Wonderful friendly customer service. We had breakfast and food was of a good quality and cooked well. Staff very attentive to food allergies and there was enough options for gluten and vegan dishes. The in store bakery was also really good for takeaway pastries. Despite being next to a main road the traffic is not invasive.
