Really wanted to love this place. Visited two times. Once at 2 pm and the other at 5:30 pm. 1st time was okay. Our lunches came out at different times. The sampler hot dish platter was lukewarm and the tuna fish was quite fishy smelling. The chicken pot pie had way too much thyme. I couldn't taste anything but the thyme. Service was really slow at 2 pm. 2nd time was at dinner. 3/4 table full. There were three of us. All our meals came out at different times over 30 minutes. Ordered a corn tortilla wrap due to gluten issues and a flour tortilla wrap was delivered. Had to inform the waitress that this was wrong. She said it was corn, took it back and came out and said oops. Another 15 minute wait for the correct food. The beef stroganoff was a gooey mess. Almost like it had been baked that morning and sat all day. Not good at all. Waitress was new and should have been shadowing someone. Hopefully the kitchen and staff can get the kinks out.

We visited recently for a friend's birthday and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The space is open and beautiful. We were each able to find something that suited our dietary needs and everything we tried was good. The wine list had good options under $50 a bottle. We tried a Spanish red that worked for all of us. The hummus appetizer was good for sharing. Although we needed a bit more bread or veggies The kid's menu offered perfect portions for grazing. The smashed potato and maque choux were tasty sides. Note: The maque choux may be too spicy for milder palates but we enjoyed it. My tablemates tried the crispy shrimp, a veggie burger, and a salad with broiled shrimp added. We all got plenty to eat. For birthdays they offer a tasty mini white cake with frosting that was enough to share for 4-6. We ordered the speculoos cheesecake and the chocolate chip cookies with ice cream for dessert. Both were yummy. The menu is labeled for vegetarian and gluten-free options although the hummus sampler didn't have the vegetarian symbol and could also be made gluten free. They have hot dish, a Minnesota staple, on the menu. And you can order a flight to try all four. I was disappointed that the tuna casserole used cream of chicken soup instead of cream of mushroom soup as a base. A small change that could make it suitable for pescatarians or others eschewing poultry Everyone was friendly and service was good.
