We tried the new Tex Mex and foie gras burgers. The presentation was fantastic and they were delicious. Our only suggestion would be to use traditional bread instead of brioche, as it makes it too sweet and we didn't like the texture. A 10 for everything else! Thank you for your attention, especially to one of the diners who has celiac disease. You always offered a very good alternative! Congratulations! And thank you to Silvia and Karim.
