I am very sorry, but I have to tell the truth!
I went to eat gluten-free pizza, I took a simple margherita and it was full of oil, the taste of the pizza was zero because only a lot of oil remained in my mouth. Unfortunately, obviously the dough was a sponge ... as for the service, it leaves a lot to be desired because even though the guys are very young and it is to be appreciated, it seems like we don't even know which pizzas are on the menu and for every question they have to go and ask inside so to ask for information and place an order it takes longer than to eat. The outside environment is not very well cared for compared to the inside. Having said that, I don't think I'll go back because enjoying a pizza even without gluten should absolutely not mean eating a sponge soaked in oil, but above all I recommend working a little more on "real" things and not on social media because the customer comes for knowledge of Tik Tok, but then hardly comes back especially considering very high expectations seen from the videos. Many years ago social media didn't exist and yet there were still lines outside pizzerias, not everything revolves around likes especially when it comes to having at least a very simple pizza and not 1L of oil.
