A restaurant located in the center of Follonica. It has few tables, so reservations are recommended. You sit in a warm and pleasant tent. The menu does not include many courses, but all are cooked with love; you can see and feel the care and refinement in the preparations. Very kind in meeting the needs of a celiac person by specially preparing an appetizer that is also very good! The only flaw is the friendly service, but very, too slow.

Let me start by saying that I have celiac disease, I must say that I am very impressed with how organized they are for gluten free, from bread to pasta.
