Missed the best waiter 3 times...where is Eddie? Changed gluten free pizza crust used to be much thinner??

Good food, slow service... took my teen boys and a couple of their friends to celebrate their birthdays and it took more than 2 hours just to get & eat some pizzas, they seemed to be really slow at the time, so not sure what the issue was... They did have truly gluten free food so the child with celiacs disease could eat safely so that was good & everyone was friendly, just really slow.
