Very first time walked in. Ordered a large steak and cheese sub with pickles, mustard and American cheese on a gluten-free roll. We had an entire conversation about how my husband's order is gross but that's what he likes. She acknowledges it. We left ordered my food paid for it was told $27 and change. Then about 2 minutes later she goes. I didn't charge you for the gluten-free roll. Expecting her to say yet. Don't worry about it. It's on me cuz I forgot to charge you. She then asked me for 2.75 It is what it is. No big deal. My husband comes home from a 14-hour day knowing what I bought him. There is no pickles or mustard on the sub that I got charged extra for.... Getting orders wrong is completely unacceptable
