Uchi West Hollywood

My friend and I did the Omakase and it was such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend sitting at the sushi bar it's just the best way to experience everything coming out as quickly and freshly as possible. The dishes were all so beautiful and so inventive and everything was wonderful. The service was great both the sushi chef and our server were incredibly knowledgeable and kind and I'll be thinking about this meal for some time to come. They were also so accommodating to my gluten intolerance. So often restaurants just don't have solutions for that but here they made a special dessert and modified each of the dishes so that they were still delicious but I could eat them it was really great

I had an amazing time with friends for dinner at Uchi. I am local and live in Hollywood. I am also gluten free due to non-celiac severe gluten intolerance. My group decided on the Omakase which is a chef’s tasting. All courses were presented beautifully and the bites were quite impressive in taste! I did not get sick or experience any cross contamination.
