Disappointed to go today and find out they no longer cook the gluten free noodles in a separate pan, and just cook it with the regular noodles. 😔 sad for those of us with actual gluten allergies, and not just preferences. This was the only ramen place I could go to.. still giving 4 stars because the food & people are lovely, but hoping they rethink the gluten free noodle process.

Most in incredible ramen ever, we have been eating there for years when we are on the island. We get to Whidbey Island about a dozen or more times and year and we do not miss a chance to enjoy. Love the vegetarian and gluten-free options. Meant to get the picture before diving in but I was to excited 😆🥰
