I went here in 2016 and again a week ago and the amount of salt in the vegetarian ramen has declined for some reason. I ordered soy sauce and the salt of the soy sauce was enough. But I have to knock one star off service and food for serving an incomplete dish. HOWEVER, the mushrooms are so tender and light they melt in your mouth, the noodles taste freshly made with that thick savory gluten flavor. If they added more salt you could seriously just eat the noodles w/ broth and get your money's worth. But seriously look out for the mushrooms, they are cream on top. The vegetables are like, yep, that tastes like vegetable. Totally neutral experience on that. Overall id say the food is a 90/100.

I got the gluten free noodles subbed in the miso ramen. I subbed cashu with steak as well. My ramen was delicious- every bite! It’s a relief to find good gf ramen. I would definitely come back!
