I ordered the Shoyu ramen Tokyo Style because I was curious about the tomato yolk. But it's too mild to taste any tomato flavour. The yuba is shaped like thick slices of chashu. So this ramen ressemble like a ‘meaty' ramen. The gluten-free noodles are made of shirataki.
For dessert, I had the vanilla soft serve (made with soy milk) with miso caramel. Eaten by itself, the caramel is deliciously salty. I’m very satisfied came for I came for their dessert made with miso.
