We went last night as a couple. Very courteous staff. Special dishes with a strong but well-balanced flavour. Truly excellent Ramen in Valnerina. My Celiac girlfriend was able to eat almost everything including the first course. We chose from the à la carte menu, which I recommend because the prices are not high for the quality offered, on the contrary. I would recommend increasing the prices of the dishes given the quality, the combinations and the service offered. Congratulations to everyone. We will definitely be back.
