Fantastic place to eat. As long as you get in before 9, we haven’t had to wait. Food was great. Prices were right and they took my wife celiac (cannot eat gluten) seriously! For sure service we appreciate at the beach.

I've been to this location several times before and was always happy with the food and service provided. However, during my most recent visit, they served my friend with Celiac's Disease regular pancakes instead of gluten-free ones, and the server barely apologized. They took the entrée off the bill but still made him pay for his coffee and juice, which is totally unacceptable. My friend made it very clear that he needed gluten-free options, which they proudly advertise. The server's reaction was completely inappropriate and I hope the restaurant provides some allergy sensitivity training for her, as this could have easily ended very badly for my friend. Despite the rest of the experience being positive, this was a very perturbing incident that nearly ruined an entire day for our party.

I recently visited for breakfast. My gluten free app had given this place glowing reviews so I was excited to try it. Our server gave me the gluten free menu and seemed familiar with it. She asked if I had Celiac Disease and when I said yes, she recommended the pancakes as opposed to the french toast. When my order came out, I had a difficult time deciding if it was indeed gluten free. I took a few bites and still couldn't tell. The reviews said they were the best so I figured they must have been too good to be true. Sadly, that was the case. I asked the server if these were gluten free and she responded with, "oh, guess I didn't write it down. I'll get you the correct ones." WHAT!? Absolutely not! The damage is already done! She brushed it off without a care in the world. I barely got a sorry out of her. Needless to say, this ruined my day and I will obviously never return.
