Uncle Fatih’s Pizza - UBC

I’m really glad I stopped here with my family for lunch. The staff were helpful and answered all my questions. We ordered a small garlic chicken pizza, small spicy chicken pizza and veggie lovers (gluten free small pizza). The entire order was made quickly and tasted very good with fresh ingredients and a soft dough. They also had some dipping sauces on the side. Would have been awesome if they had small containers to place them in, but that wasn’t a deal breaker. All in all one of the best pizza places I’ve had in a very long time!

I have tried most of their pizzas. My favourites are the pesto chicken, beef and blue cheese , bbq chicken/ pulled pork , ham pineapple ones. Their regular crust tastes superb, appropriately moist. The toppings are delicious as well. There are great vegetarian and gluten free options. Pricewise it is not exactly cheap (by pizza standards); two slices cost around 5.5$. I really dislike the way the UBC branch augments the price within the first week of school. Outside UBC , the outlets of the same chain charge less for a slice/ the whole pizza. Overall, the place has great hours and is nice for a quick bite.
