We love Uncle G's! We're able to eat there safely with gluten intolerance/celiac. Today was the busiest we've ever seen it, almost every seat was filled plus take out orders. They ran out of an ingredient and Jack handled the issue w/ the best customer service! He also went above and beyond to take a photo for the birthday party. Repeatedly we've had great experiences with many staff members so this is not an isolated event. We will continue to come to this place for our family pizza nights. Thanks Uncle G's!

I have a celiac allergy they have the best gluten free Detroit style pizza in America even in Los Angeles and new York during my travels I order pizza gluten free from some of the best pizza spots on the planet and sometimes it is cross contamination but here I never have a problem allergy doesn’t even act up at all and the pizza is 10/10 I can’t say enough about how nice the people that work for this amazing establishment are it’s the quintessential authentic representation of the best Birmingham pizza we have to offer any pizza lover just talking about it makes me want to go tomorrow might go 3 days in a row it’s that good…
