I visited the Hop City location, and was served the best GLUTEN FREE pizza I’ve ever had! When I say you couldn’t tell the bread was gluten free, I mean it had the same crunch, fluff and moisture as alternative breads. I can’t state how amazing this bread was, you’ll have to go try it your self.

I am OBSESSED with Uncle G's <3 the gluten free crust is THE BEST in bham, quality is consistent, and they stay showing up for Birmingham! The crust is incredible, my personal favorite pizza is the Margarita Pizza, the quality stays consistent so I know I'll never be disappointed with G's. Birmingham Area, you have GOT TO GET TO UNCLE G'S!!!
