Chef Earl did an amazing job with the gluten crust and pizza which isn’t easy to do. He came to our table and shared his technique. Vivian, our server, was sweet and attentive. We felt like regulars even though it was our first time. Mario, the owner, has blended the Adirondack theme with rare automotive memorabilia which certainly adds to a fun and memorable experience! I can’t wait to go back and try a different style pizza. This place is a gem!
