I’m obsessed with Uncle. Best Ramen and really helpful staff. I have a lot of allergies and they always accommodate my complicated order. They even have gluten free option for ramen (sub noodles for rice and vegetarian broth is GF).

They were able to give me gluten free options (ordered the duck with rice) which ended up being really salty. Other than that had good time and our waitress was great.
