The best gluten-free Chinese food we've had! Wait staff was excellent, the menu was easy to determine what foods we could have. My wife has a gluten, soy, and chicken allergy making it difficult to eat at lots of places but we were pleasantly surprised to find a plethora of dishes we could eat at Uncle Ben's Chinese restaurant. The fact that everything was delicious was great!
