I held a party for a large celebration and worked with Marshall to place a delivery catering order that met our needs. I highly recommend Underground for catering needs if order accuracy, customer experience, and food quality is important to you–and it should be. From initial inquiry through post-delivery, Marshall and the team provided fantastic service. An amendment to the order was quickly acknowledged and addressed to accommodate a gluten-free guest. The ability to text for support is convenient, quick, and efficient. I was extremely confident in a timely delivery, provided by their in-house team member, James, who was friendly and cared a great deal about the details of the delivery. While we’ve picked up and ordered from Underground before, this was our first catering order and it certainly won’t be the last. We ordered various pizzas, wings, and salad for 50+ guests. All of the food was delicious and our many, many guests inquired where it was from, raving about how excellent it was. Pizza was amazing, given. The wings were crispy and were accompanied by ranch and blue cheese. The salads also were accompanied by their dressings and a request of ensuring croutons were on the side was followed. My gluten-free guest was appreciative of this. It’s the small details that matter. Adults and young children enjoyed the food alike. As a very food-focused family, it was a relief to use Underground’s catering services so I could focus on other aspects of the party prep and enjoy time with guests. Thank you Marshall, James, and team! Our party went off without issue and every guest left satisfied.
