We were in search of a sushi restaurant with gluten free options, so we decided to come to Uni. Although the menu does not have an extensive gluten free selection, there are quite a few items that can be prepared gluten free. GF items on the menu are clearly marked. We had the salmon oshi, spicy tuna roll, and scallop explosion (not gluten free). The food was excellent! They also have gluten free soy sauce available upon request.

Amazing little gem of a place. Wonderful service and was able to accommodate my celiac dietary restrictions.

Incredible sushi, would love to come back and try the rest of the menu! Manager Andy gave us great service, and was super accommodating to celiac (and other) dietaries. Maybe the best restaurant in Vic?
